Minutes of previous meeting Read and agreed nem con.
Matters arising Reference planning application 0379, site visit carried out and LPC comments passed to TDC. Any Land Registry response to our comments about encroachment upon Latch Lane will await until they investigate. Our letter will be kept on file. Corner Farm residents seen and advice suggested that will hopefully obviate the problem concerning vehicular damage. It was apparent that LPC interest was appreciated. With regards to a water supply to Butts Meadow, SWW will conduct a survey on 21st June. A quote is awaited.
Police No attendance this month.
TDC Cllr Hurley reported that Mr Claydon WAS trying to complete his obligations over the recreational development. There are some doubts as to the viability of the affordable houses. SW Highways no longer have the roads maintenance contract. It has been awarded to a company called SKANSKA. Re-categorising roads for repair priorities is ongoing, and it is hoped Parish Councils will be consulted.
Finance Current balance is £8370.11. £90 was paid out this past month for SWW application fee.
Planning
Correspondence. Information from Mrs Ip, Claydon’s solicitor that the recreation field is now fully legally ours as registered with Land Registry and LPC can commence work on the interior of the changing rooms.
Items at Chairman’s discretion. A parishioner raised a point about tarmac surfacing of the entrance road to the Langtree Meadows site. The construction of such a surfaced road is part of the S106 agreement.
